Emmentaler Switzerland is proud sponsor of the most successful Swiss wrestler, Matthias Sempach.
Our task was to advertise a promotion with the Swiss wrestling king.
The best Swiss wrestlers are called «the Meanest».
Swiss wrestling is sport only performed by a few athletes.
However, everybody can be mean.
We created the competition «Emmentaler is looking for the Meanest».
The competition was promoted with print ads, online banners and the following online commercial.
Each ad led to the microsite respectively to the webapp where the competition took place.

After a quick sign-up via facebook or email people take a mean selfie with the webcam to participate.
The matches between the meanest were decided by the community itself, through voting.
The players could also challenge their friends on facebook and twitter or via email.

Each player had an own profile showing the statistics of his match-ups.

The players could also check their own ranking within the competition.

Being mean turned out to be pretty funny.
